Ismay is a sweet old grandmother from a small vilage in the north. She has an affinity for stunfisks and if she finds one in the wild she will usually try to adopt it and give it a loving home. A few years after her husband and son died, she thought she would move to Castelia City and try to enter the Mage Academy there, so she could learn something new and keep herself busy. She also thinks her grandson might be living in Castelia and she hopes to find him.

Ambi - Ambi is the oldest and most capable fighter of the three stunfisks. She is a curious pokemon and very loving toward Ismay but she doesn't warm up to other people very quickly. She has the ability to hover using magnet rise, and she follows around Ismay wherever she goes.
Muir - Muir is a quiet and shy stunfisk. He would rather curl up in a warm and quiet place than interact with anyone, but he does enjoy Ismay's company.
Lenus - Lenus is the youngest and newest of Ismay's stunfisks. She is very protective of him and carries him almost everywhere.
